All images produced by Horsepower Photography in both print and digital form and those which appear on the website, either as content or as event thumbnails are copyrighted to Horsepower Photography and protected under copyright law.
Under copyright law it is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, transmit, upload, republish, distribute or to publicly display any Horsepower Photography images, without a licence.
When purchasing a Horsepower Photography product you only purchase the product and not the right to reproduce or publicly display the image in any way. This includes the purchase of a screensaver digital image that is to be used only for its intended purpose as a low resolution screensaver.

To use a Horsepower Photography image for commercial use i.e. stud websites, stud cards, trainer/rider websites, or any other instance in which the aim of the publication is to advertise a commercial intent, licence are tailored accordingly from £15, please contact the office with details to obtain a quote. For use of a Horsepower Photography image in either regional or national press please request that the publication in question contacts us directly. |

To use a Horsepower Photography image to advertise a horse for sale or loan we charge a £15 licence fee. An advertising licence includes a digital copy of the photograph to either a personal email address or direct to the publication and must be legibly credited to ‘www.Horsepower-Photography.com’. Purchasing an advertising licence only grants you the right to use the image for advertising purposes and not the personal reproduction or use. A licence can be purchased direct from the website or from the office. Upon receipt of payment an advert release licence will be sent to you, this should be presented to the publisher with your advert. To use a Horsepower Photography image in a yearbook, society newsletter, stud directory, photo gallery or results listings, the same applies as for an advertising licence. |
